24 December 2002Drizzle, drizzle, fizzleYou want picturesque? Head northwest, where they got five and seven and nine inches of white and fluffy. We got two in a hurry, and then the next ten or twelve bands fell as freezing drizzle, which makes for a lot more Maalox moments than Kodak. This system is supposed to move out today, but since none of the previous predictions were on the mark, I'm going to assume this one is wrong also. Posted at 6:22 AM to Weather or NotIt's just not fair...during my (second) tenure in OK (Enid, specifically) in 97/98, we received only a few dustings of snow -- 2 inches, max. Now that I'm in Montana, YOU guys get the white xmas, and we're bone-dry up here! Where's the luck...? Posted by: DavidMSC at 10:22 AM on 24 December 2002Ask Enid. They supposedly got 12 inches. (Or they got six inches twice, or something.) Posted by: CGHill at 11:56 AM on 24 December 2002I'd prefer infinite instances of nothing. Posted by: Steve at 12:21 PM on 24 December 2002Er, that's "iterations" rather than "instances". Posted by: Steve at 2:52 PM on 24 December 2002I think the math works out similarly either way.
