It clearly has to do with the type of mention. Yours basically just credits you with inventing a term but doesn't provide any incentive to actually click the link, since he has already given the info.

And anyway, it's not like I hunger for hits. I've gone through weeks when I got 10, and six or them were me, so my current 2,900 a week average is enough to keep me from feeling completely neglected, if not enough to get me off the D-list. :)
