29 March 2005Small potatoesHCA Incorporated, which operates medical facilities in 23 states, has announced that it will sell off ten of its hospitals, including Southwestern Medical Center in Lawton. All the facilities to be divested are in relatively small cities; HCA plans to focus on hospitals in larger markets, such as Oklahoma City, where HCA operates the OU Medical Center.
