I beg to differ. 169 is a bit more than a "moderately-scary highway". It isn't referred to as the Mingo Valley Deathway for nothing.

Having driven Philadelphia's Schuylkill ("Sure-Kill") Expressway, I can almost (but not quite) shrug at the Mingo.
