Actually, I'd have better luck putting up a tip jar, but what the hell.

Happy Valentine's Day, Mr. Dustbury! If I had the glitter, glue, and construction paper of yore, I would drop one in your cardboard box. This can be a tough day for single people, but on the other hand, there are a lot of miserable people in relationships...

Happy Valentine's Day! Consider yourself hugged!

I've known people who were miserable when they were alone, then they get into a relationship and the only thing that changes is the context of their misery -- now it had an audience.

The luckiest of these was the one whose relationship was with another miserable person, because -- well, you know the saying.

I left you one over at my place.

But still - as the uneloquent eCard I received this morning said - Happy VD!

LET ME COUNT THE WAYS.
OH, OH, I CAN'T COUNT THAT HIGH.

Oh my gosh, I have been sick as a dog choking on a chicken bone... but I have finally drug my weary self to the computer to get my dustbury fix and realize I missed sending my Valentine's greeting on time... ah well... happy belated Valentine's Day! Smooch!
