Wow, talk about thorough. I threw "The Unfortunate Cup of Tea" by Horslips at it and of course, he hated it.

Ahh, but I just stumped it - "Paper Money" by Montrose got me a review by "The Good Money EP" by Move.meant.

It turned Maynard Feguson's Carnival (half good stuff, half awful 70's "fusion") into a complete pile of dreck... which is unfair, since only half of it is a pile of dreck.

Maynard Ferguson, that is. I wonder if Maynard's ever played Oklahoma-not much of a jazz scene there, I'd imagine.

More than you'd think: Charlie Christian flourished here, and much of the old Oklahoma City Blue Devils eventually wound up as Count Basie's band.

Not much bop, though.
