Maybe they’re just channeling a vers libre bard.
Though I’d be more inclined to believe that if it were all in lowercase.

Modernity is fine to me. Computer keyboards have, you see, a key that’s called the CapsLock key.
Now shift’s achieved, to my elation… [excepting parens, question, and quotation.]

thanks for the Archy and Mehitabel reference -loved those books when I was a kid. Have to check Amazon to see if they are still available.
