Teresa, you could be on to an idea. I have (in times past) hung my father-in-law’s spurs on the wall. They are adorned with bronze decoration and inlaid with turquoise stones.

I look at how flat they are and realize I could never even walk in them.

However, at that price, maybe I should hang them on the wall as art…

There is a model without the fringe. I have two pair. Very comfortable. And, with a pedicure, acceptable most places. Except in wine-making season when my feet are stained with Cabernet juice.

Lisa! I’ve worn that Minnetonka sandal. Forgot all about it until you mentioned them. Mine had fringe too (that eventually curled up—most annoying).

Very pretty. Not for my feets, but I’d buy them for my sister-in-law (if I could afford them); she has pretty, show-off feet.

Minnetonka does a nice turquoise and silver decorated “sandal” for under $20.
