Did you notice that the clip failed to mention how costly that closet is?
The tent I have in the garage is very likely roomier.

For almost ten years I lived in a converted garage efficiency that was smaller than that. And then my first apartment in Orlando was a 280 square foot studio. In other words, been there, done that.

So I could lease out my 680 sq ft garage for, uh, around $3400 a month? BRING IT ON!!!!
