The garage (one-car) at the palatial Surlywood estate measures, according to the authorities, 290 square feet.
I mention that in case you felt like looking at this.
Admittedly, my garage does not look particularly comfy.

Did you notice that the clip failed to mention how costly that closet is?
The tent I have in the garage is very likely roomier.

For almost ten years I lived in a converted garage efficiency that was smaller than that. And then my first apartment in Orlando was a 280 square foot studio. In other words, been there, done that.

So I could lease out my 680 sq ft garage for, uh, around $3400 a month? BRING IT ON!!!!
