    I hope so. Then again, I figure craigslist has now become the latest exemplar of Gresham’s Law: bad, worthless stuff eventually displaces good, valuable stuff.

    Ah, yes. What I’ve referred to as “The gradual crappifying of everything.”

    I expect Craigslist will eventually be bought out by the Cheezburger people and used as another example of a joke site full of FAILS.

    I’ve heard nothing on the subject from relatives and friends in north Texas, so I think it’s at least possible that the ad was intended as a trans-continental chain pull. Then again, this isn’t the sort of thing that’s accompanied by press releases, either.
