My vote for best of the worst is firmly lodged between “Dead man hawking” and “And just ice for all”… All are brilliant, but those two shine loudest for me…

the only truly “worst title” of the batch is the title of this post itself. these are the best of the best. dustbury is to cleverly turned but entirely apt titles as:
1) instapundit is to “heh, indeed”
2) bill whittle is to time between posts
3) lileks is to volume of content
4) the kos kidz are to incoherent rants
5) all of the above
