Four paragraphs on the label, describing ’safe food handling’? Sheesh.
I can imagine a few restaurant chains, that do not go into that much detail, hiring their cooks to handle my food. food for thought.

Actually, be careful giving semi bones to dogs. Peterbilts have been known to splinter, leading to a choking hazard. Macks should be okay, though.
