Lessons from life (another in a series)
You should vacuum behind your desk more than once every year and a half.
Admittedly, my desk, despite being verifiably wooden, has the general density (and perceived weight) of osmium, and moving it is not a task I undertake lightly. But I pulled the beast back from the wall yesterday, and turned up something that literally could not have gotten there any later than the spring of 2007: a booklet of eighteen Lady Liberty First Class stamps, which were not denominated but which represented 39 cents postage.
Now to find some three-centers before the rates go up again.
