Were there ever any legitimate reasons for complaint? (Normally you guys are pretty hygienic, so I can't envision the place going to hell.) We've had over half a dozen complaints complete with letters from the city this year, yet when I entered my address nothing showed. Maybe the official "looking" complaints were forged?
