Must be a no-news day
Just got an email from Zillow telling me that their Zestimate for the palatial estate at Surlywood has not changed in the past 30 days.
I should sleep so much better now.
(The figure I really fear — the one from the county assessor — is due out next week. It will, I predict, be higher than what Zillow thinks.)

Note: The county assessor’s Web site, which was announcing that this year’s numbers would be out on the 30th, is now announcing that they’ll be out on the dreaded Ides of April. (At least, I’ve always dreaded April 15th.) For the record, here is my prediction for the Taxable Market Value: $89,553.
