And yeah, I’ve seen far too many of those slide-the-letters-in signs with either ignorant or intentional misspellings or spacing errors. (One of my favorites was an ad for the PEANUT/ CLUSTERFUDGE /SUNDAE at the local Braum’s)

I called our local newspaper because a headline was misspelled. Sheesh!!!!!!!

The sign at Ralph Downs recently was welcoming an “Authur” who had written a book. 3 days later the spelling was corrected.

A 9-page online application for one of top five world architectural firms asked me if I’m “iligble” (sic!) to work in Canada.
