		<description>When I look at the application of that &lt;i&gt;New Yorker&lt;/i&gt; &quot;all-purpose caption&quot; I&#039;m always thinking that about the person who put together the collection of cartoons and applied the caption to all of them. Does that still count?

I suppose if I picked up a copy of the magazine I&#039;d probably be thinking those words even when I wasn&#039;t looking at the cartoons...</description>
