Sharp shtick in the eye
The scary thing about that other McCain guy is that sometimes he sounds like me, or I sound like him. I mean, get a load of this post title: “Mary Jo Kopechne could not be reached for comment,” which he says he got from Ann Coulter, which means I presumably sound like her too, or she like me, inasmuch as over the years I have cited the following as being unavailable for comment:
One should never underestimate the value of a good piece of rhetorical shtick. So I am totally swiping this one, from that same post:
I caught a minute of yesterday’s press conference while at the American Spectator office. When [Gov. Mark] Sanford used the word “forgiveness,” I shouted at the TV a two-word response. (Hint: The second word was “you.”)
Heck, I’ve got comic books older than he is.

No, Charles. Never. A comparison to RSMcCain is excessively flattering to him and quite unjust to you.

I have never met you, but I am quite sure your voice is much less shrill than Ann Coulter’s.

I have, and it is. But Ann’s got better legs.

Let’s all stop dumping on Luv Guv Mark Sanford. I think he’s still a contender for 2012. Clearly he can bring in the Hispanic Vote.

+1 on that last one for pure snark value. :)
