And without benefit of Botox

Much has been made of President Obama’s “amazingly consistent style”, which apparently never seems to change; says the chap who assembled the evidence of same, “no human being has a photo smile this amazingly consistent.”

I demur. And as evidence, Exhibit A: Paris Hilton.

(Via Hawthorn Mineart, who also noticed the similarity.)

Yes, I saw that video of the heads of state with the Obamas. Creepy.

Re that hotel in France: I once saw a pic of her taken from an off angle at apparently the same time she was posing for another camera. Judging from the direction she was looking she was, indeed, trying to look exactly as she did in that montage you linked.

I don’t know why a person would seek deliberately to iconify his or her own image that way. Seems to me if they want everyone to think of them a certain way they should endeavor to be photographed only once.

House of Wax people. You’d have to really spend time in front of a mirror practicing to get that consistency. Is that in the DSM-IV somewhere?

I expect that blogging itself will be in the revised DSM-V.

Only blogging while posing in the mirror, for yourself.

If he’s so consistent, why did he scratch his cheek with his middle finger while speaking of H. Clinton and S. Palin? Has he done it since?

Maybe for security purposes they have had very realistic ‘bots made, that they send on these trips and control via joystick from the safety of the White House?

If the ‘bots are supposed to dress themselves, it might explain much about the Mrs., who sometimes looks absolutely fab and sometimes looks like she’s just escaped from a ward at the Home for the Bewildered. Hard to program those aesthetics, y’know.

The Obama bots follow defective programming.

    Barack Obama-He, Robot…

His lips don’t move a centimeter. Even his eyebrows hardly move. Talk about trying to run the world on a smile and a shoe-shine…
