And the Thunder cooled off an admittedly Dwyane Wade-less Miami squad in Tulsa, 96-91, led by another 30-point performance from Kevin Durant, complicated by the fact that most of those points were scored while he had five fouls. The Heat haven’t won in the preseason yet; the Thunder are now 2-2.
So maybe OKC is over the fourth-quarter blues, for a while anyway. And I have to figure that drawing 10,000 to the BOk Center for a preseason game on a night when the University of Tulsa has sold out a game (30,000 or so) against a nationally-ranked team (#5 Boise State) is something of an accomplishment.
