Scarf this up
I saw this over at Thumbelina Fashionista, and she’s thinking this might make a dandy DIY project.
The shoe in question is from Prada’s Resort 2010 collection, and judging by Style Spy’s June report from the runway, this was actually implemented on rather a lot of the shoes in said collection. Of course, this is “resort” wear, which is allowed to be a bit more frivolous than what is permitted in The City, but I’m just alarmist enough to see a catastrophe in the making. I mean, I like that shoe, and what’s more, I like that scarf, but when I see them together like that, I automatically think “Omigod, it’s going to come loose and she’s going to faceplant.” I can’t think of anyone I’d wish that on.

I’ll drink poison before I ever wear shoes like that! Ugly and uncomfortable. They fail the top two criteria I consider when buying shoes.

I think i somehow agree with Kay:) this kinda idea would only work on the ramp………i design scarves myself but don’t think would ever allow my scarves to be worn this way

It looks like an extra hanky being carried around, in case of the swine flu hitting.
