You won’t see me
For some reason, “missed connections” has always been my favorite section of the craigslist personals.
This one from Chicago dealt me a solid:
As we both entered an ATM at Division and Milwaukee, you were momentarily distracted by a sleek 20-something brunette. Your eyes followed her until she was out of sight. Me, you looked right through. It’s hard to believe I have another 20-30 years of being ignored.
It’s hard to believe that somebody would be that easily distracted by — wait a minute, was that Zooey Deschanel?

Is it better to have been noticed and lost that, or never to have been noticed at all?

i’ve had two missed connection: the person who turned in my wallet and the person who stole all my quartesr out if it. both at walmart. also at walmart – missed connecting with the person backed into my volvo!!!

I was flying last night and almost hit an airliner landing at Will Rogers. I wonder if Craigslist has a subcategory for that.

Holy crap. That’s got to be one of the more depressing things I’ve seen in recent days. Okay, maybe hours. DEFINITELY minutes.
Point is: that is an EPIC sad, right there.
