Well bespoken
Thimbler.com, it says here, is:
…the first online fashion community where fashionistas, designers, shoppers and producers of all shapes and sizes mingle together to create, sell and buy individualized clothes for individualized tastes.
And they mean “individualized”: they ask for a lot more than the usual measurements when they construct the garments for you. So fit should be fabulous — with one possible caveat:
I lost weight. And I never thought that would be a “downside”, but I’d lost about 5 lbs. between the time that I’d ordered them and when I received them. They fit me like a dream right when I got them out of the box, but as I continued to lose weight, the baggier my new favorite jeans got. As of now, right out of the wash they fit perfectly, but because of the ever so slight stretch in the material, I think they’re permanently past the “perfect fit” stage.
Those of us who never quite know what to expect when stepping on the scale — aside from “the worst,” of course — might be a little concerned, but I am assured that Thimbler’s customer service is second to none.

And there lies the advantage of buying “off the rack” — no matter what happens, you can’t lose that “perfect fit.”
