Note to a brain-dead customer

When you close your checking account, you cannot continue to use the debit card associated with it.

I realize that this is a difficult concept for you, but focus.

(And next time, go to the farging 7-Eleven and buy a money order, fercrissake.)

... but remember, you cannot buy money orders with a personal check, especially drawn on the closed bank account. (I've seen one of these 'brain surgeons' try it.)

I did actually draft a letter to this individual, but the front office balks when I write to people — apparently "ignorant douchebag" doesn't meet their standards for correspondence.
