I was just reading that Woot is now on Twitter. So they'd Twitter about as often as their RSS feed updates which, during a Woot-off, is quite often. Which means, potentially, quite a lot of text messages.

Yep. And if you subscribe to their podcast via iTunes, they send a fresh copy with each item. (Which is why I unsubscribed.)
