16 March 2007Sino the timesFor some inscrutable reason, this site is not banned in China. Should I complain? And if so, to whom? (Via Overtaken by Events.) Addendum: I tried three other domains I own: two of them were blocked. The only one of mine that was blocked last night is one I just registered in the last few days and which has only the same content as another one that isn't blocked.
