CAMiLEON Heels have a patented adjustable-height technology that's incorporated into the heel of every shoe. Design features of the heel and the overall shoe maximize ease of transition from high-to-low heel positions without removing the shoe from your foot, removing any parts or use of any special tools. The high heel is 3¼ inches; in the lower position, the heel is 1½ inches.
