17 July 2007On the verge of a Great TruthAfter a few radio commercials, I determined that Asheville doesn't have a Lexus dealer — but does have a Land Rover dealer. And judging by this view from the Blue Ridge Parkway, I find this perfectly understandable.
Nice shot, especially considering how hard it is for most lenses to poke through all the haze up there. The little town of Boone NC where my step-son went to school at Appalachian State has more Subarus than any place on earth. When we went up there to visit a couple of times, I felt right at home cruising around in my Outback Wagon. Come winter, they need them, or a Land Rover for the deep pocket set.
