I guess City officials think the citizens of Tulsa County have deep pockets or they're just plain stupid and will pass every proposed tax issue that comes along. "Personally I feel the citizens of Tulsa County are waking-up and realizing the gross overtures that are taking place in Tulsa County, and yes, .. it needs to be stopped now"!
