Really, hasn't everyone in retail or services, at one time or another, wanted to shoot a customer in the backside?

Oh yeah, but like they said, repeat customers might be a problem.
Back in my pizza days, not a day went by that I didn't have a driver wanting to shoot some stupid customer in the back, face, wherever.
You do realize that the word 'customer' comes from the Latin stultus, meaning 'fool'.

Uh-huh!!! I used to be a salesgirl in the teen dept. at an upscale department store.
