My main-page template was thoroughly hosed today; until such time as I can restore the old one, this will have to do. My apologies.
If you've come here from MichelleMalkin.com, this is the piece from which she quoted. (And thanks for coming.)
(Update, 6:10 pm: I think we're back to normal. Of course, I could be wrong.)

Goodness -- what a shock to NOT see the familiar Dustbury page! Possibly the most jarring on-line experience I've had since...since...a long time ago!
Something tells me that the entire site is mirrored on the computer at home along with backups.
It was a bit jarring. This usually happens when MT posts are older than the template displaying them. (Template is set to show the last seven days, and there hasn't been an entry for eight days.)
But of course, that would NEVER happen in Dustbury, OK.
So what broke?
I can't see how this was an issue with MT; I'm inclined to think that it was a simple case of too many windows open at one time and doing the wrong thing in one of them. If there's a keyboard shortcut for "delete everything beyond this point," that's what was hit, and what was left wasn't enough to show even the blogroll, let alone the actual entries (all of which were of course intact).
I patched in a 3.0 template (I run 2.64) to provide minimal functionality. Once I got back to my desk at home, I was able to restore some semblance of normalcy.
