How to run an honest campaign
I find this approach most admirable. From the front page of PhilandDrew.com:
Please take a few minutes of your bosses time and log onto Okgazette.com
and vote Phil, Drew and Kaci too for Best Radio Show and PhilandDrew.com
for Best Blog. We know Jack and Ron will probably win their 6th straight award but that doesn't mean we can't try. Plus if we win we get invited to the winners party with free beer and BBQ! In the end that's all we really want!
In today's complex society, there is nothing more important than having your priorities in order, and it is refreshing to see that these guys do.

That only happens when there's no opponent who'll beat you over the head with such a statement. Do that in 'real' elections and you get separated from your head pretty quickly, and this tends to cull people who are thus inclined from the system. This political Darwinism means those that survive to run again play their cards close to the vest.
Sorry. I know it was just a lighthearted post and I barged in and ruined it for everyone. 'scuse me. It's all right, I know the way out.
Forget Phil and Drew. Vote Dustbury!
Beer and BBQ make for powerful incentives, believe you me.
Well, I can't even LOOK at Phil&Drew, therefore, I vote for Dustbury.
(or as they say in Chicago "Vote early, vote often")
