Now get in the kitchen and make me some signs

Stokely Carmichael, during his tenure as chair of the Student Nonviolent Coordinating Committee, came up with this: “What is the position of women in SNCC? The position of women in SNCC is prone.”

Maybe he meant “supine”; maybe he was just kidding. Bill Ayers, on the other hand, apparently wasn’t.

Sort of like redistributing and wealth, or something.

I have been amazed at the dismissal of Ayres as an Obama hover about. On another board which I frequent I tried to post about it with no major comments. This was before the one’s election. Ayres is a roach. It’s incredible.

Actually, the illustration was drawn by Ayers himself. I used Paint to clear out the wording and put in my own.

Jim Treacher lifted it and reworked the wording on it during the election in 08..

This was my attempt at borrowing the concept he help to pioneer.

    So noted, and thanks.

(Nice to know there’s still some use for Microsoft Paint.)

Does Ayers kid? Not to my knowledge. The roach was the babysitter for Barry’s daughters. That’s how much in love Barry and Bill are.

Only Carmichael I ever liked was Hoagy.
