She can’t run in those

With Robert Stacy McCain distraught over not having Ashley Judd to kick around anymore, the least I can do is to give you a scene from the day job she’s not quitting:

Ashley Judd in Herve Leger

In Olympus Has Fallen, which premiered last week, Judd plays the First Lady to Aaron Eckhardt’s President. On the way back from Camp David, the Presidential limo crashes. Guess who survives.

This is yet another Herve Leger bandage dress, which I’m betting will generate at least one line of snark from either Stacy or Smitty. I did, however, admire the shoes — “Fitch” by Jimmy Choo — which might have provided oppo from the McConnell camp once they found out that they’re $1095 a pair. (The always-reliable Shoebunny takes a closer look.)

Can’t see what fault they might find with the dress, either.
The dress appropriately highlights woman’s figure -and that particular woman has a textbook-ideal anatomy.

Maybe it’s just me, but every time I see one of these dresses I think it’s one size too small.

What a surprising squeamishness. I would think you’d appreciate a borderline nudist – and celebrate the means [the dress] making her so.

So far as that goes, she’s never been particularly averse to taking it all off on screen. At least we know where her underwear is: back in the dressing room.

(For that matter, I thought all-over body paint was utterly wondrous back in the 90s. I’d probably still appreciate it were it not so overused. I blame Sports Illustrated.)

A reportage in a LJ-community “One my day” by a commercial photographer in NY, whose wife is an artist doing body-painting for girl dancers in night clubs. You don’t really need translation, the photos speaks for themselves
