A female postal carrier called Volusia County sheriff’s deputies after she said she encountered a naked man along her delivery route for a third time.
The postal worker told investigators she first saw the naked man standing in his screened porch attached to his home on Jan. 9.
According to an investigative report, she told deputies she saw him again on Jan. 17, only this time, she said, he was jumping up and down, waving at her.
Then she said it happened again on Wednesday. She said she was delivering mail around noon when she saw the man wearing no clothes, standing in the open doorway of his screened porch.
And Florida law doesn’t care if he’s on his own property: he was seen, and therefore subject to misdemeanor charges of indecent exposure.
Perhaps the chap should relocate to Pasco County, on the opposite coast, which is notably less unfriendly to nudists.
