This frosts my flakes, man. THIS right here is exactly what average Joes and Janes are always frothing about – this is nothing more than government as mafia with a “made man” inflicting punishment at whim at people whom he happens not to like. Why? Did they dent his car while visiting the property? Nope! It’s nothing personal. It’s just business.

Except of course when it isn’t just business, when it’s abusing one’s trust and neutrality. It’s no exaggeration to say that this mentality, writ large, is the same as a dictator. It’s merely a difference of degree.
